Our client is a multiple global award winner in their domain, known for their timely quality delivery, one of the finest in the UAE markets. They have constructed some of the best, large residential & commercial properties across the emirates.

The Strategic Challenge

The organization has grown multi-fold, much beyond expectations, all new projects are in a range of 400 million to 750 million AEDs. These are heavily compliant projects with strong quality, legal, environmental and delivery commitments as they are subject to the finest commercial laws of UAE.

Due to such high growth, time bound delivery commitments, every project needs a specialist to carry forward the founder’s vision and execution, and all are not grown internally. There is always a need to manage local and foreign leadership balance along with other challenges.
